Fixed Term Contract for 9 months. Hybrid working, when you need to meet your team in person you’ll be based at the Warrington Contact Centre - WA3 7PB

It is an exciting time for you to join us as a CEO Advisor. Working remotely, you'll be part of a great team who handle high level complaints mainly relating to ID Mobile, that come from our Chief Executive Office and other areas of our business. Every contact requires you to be a brand ambassador and to deliver an exceptional service.


As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Handling and resolving complaints via email and outbound calls, while aiming for first contact resolution
  • Managing P1 complaints from Customer Service to mitigate any brand risk
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, placing the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Investigating Deadlocked complaints, addressing service shortfalls and where necessary resolving or providing a final detailed written response


You will need:


  • Experience in dealing with complaints.
  • Outstanding verbal, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • To be 100% focused on customer delight – for internal and external customers.
  • Complaint resolution skills
  • Excellent written skills
