About the Role:

The WITHIN team is growing and we’re looking for a fast and adaptable Creative Strategist to assist us on several exciting brands. This is a unique opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Possesses expert knowledge of the nuances of channel-specific creative across paid and organic formats.
  • Can distill multiple inputs, including qualitative and quantitative data, into cohesive strategies for campaigns/initiatives.
  • Skilled at selling in creative’s idea by showing how ideas strategically drive client goals.
  • Skilled at directing content calendars and can identify and execute the necessary strategic deliverables (e.g. creative briefs, tactical briefs, communications plan, social playbook or content calendar) based on project lifecycle and client’s goals.
  • Understands various work streams that go into developing strategy and can assign tasks accordingly.
  • Possesses holistic understanding of day-to-day creative operations and their relation to individual teams and their prerogatives (AM, IM and AD teams).
  • Skilled at building testing frameworks and identifying hypotheses to guide work.
  • Experience developing narrative-driven creative wrap-reports, competitive analysis, and audits-translating data into actionable insights that strengthen future work.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Management and/or training experience
  • Proficient in G-Suite applications and using docs, spreadsheets and building or editing presentation slides
  • Experience using reporting tools (Brandwatch, Falcon, Google Analytics) and also pulling performance from social media platforms or reading performance reports
  • Fluency in full-funnel advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of creative best practices for different ad formats
  • The ability to analyze campaign performance data points to derive actionable insights and strategies
  • Extensive experience with creative strategy, comms/connection planning, and social strategy; brand strategy experience is a plus
  • Ability to translate raw data and social media performance into actionable insights for brands on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in building and presenting analytics reports to both internal team members and clients
  • Experience developing content plans, editorial calendars and posting content across social media channels
  • Keeps a daily pulse on current trends and trend forecasts to use as insights to ensure we are always offering up-to-date thought leadership

We offer a competitive salary and benefits based on ability level including:

  • Base salary DOE ($30,000-$185,000)
  • Monthly food stipend directly on paycheck
